I found the brotherhood through a mental health group on Facebook the man cave, I was struggling a lot and fed up of doing it all alone and not talking about my problems was doing damage. Since joining i have found a community of brothers, I'm doing really well mentally now and back on track doing my councillor course to help those that need it like i did.
