OUR STORY
- 2021 — The Beginning
TBH21 was founded by Kelvin Farmer after his own mental health and ADHD journey. What began as a WhatsApp support group quickly became a safe space for men to talk openly. - 2022 — Growing the Brotherhood
We expanded across social media and began raising awareness through TikTok, Facebook and community-led support. - 2024 —

Gareth Blackburn joined as Director of Welfare, strengthening our support for men needing advice, guidance and someone to talk to. - 2026 — Becoming a CIC
Brotherhood in Arms continues to grow as a registered community organisation breaking stigma and helping men.
